HOUSE BILL 322

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. On page 1, lines 14 through 16, strike "DISTRIBUTING A PORTION OF GROSS RECEIPTS TAX REVENUE ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE SALE OF ELECTRICITY TO THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND;".

 

     2. On page 3, strike lines 16 through 25 and on page 4, strike lines 1 through 5.

 

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

 

 

and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
